 Operation Instruction of the zirconia grinding bead:

1. Clean the Mill chamber before charging with the beads.

2. Select beads of appropriate specifications according to the Mill volume, slurry viscosity and out let clearance.

3. Test if the slurry viscosity meet the requirements and check if the machine's outlet clearance and rotation speed are appropriate.

4. In first use of the beads, it is recommended to pregrind the beads in a fluid mixture (Resin & Solvent) of certain viscosity for *0 minutes. When lowviscosity solvent is employed for pregrinding, it is required to reduce the rotation speed and limit the duration to *5 minutes. (Note: Beads labeled as Preground no needful to pregrinding during operation.)

5. For low viscosity slurry, dispersion disc peripheral speed should not exceed *4m/s.

6. Due to the high kinetic energy with the beads, it is not necessary to operate at high rotation speeds to disperse high solid content and highviscosity products.

7. For paints grinding, it is suggested to use the resin to clean the beads. If the solvent is required for that purpose, reduce the rotation speed and have the cleaning done within *0 minutes. Intermittent clearing operation OnOff is recommended.
